Scott McAllister’s mission is to successfully lead Prosci in enabling individuals and organizations to build internal change capabilities through research-based, holistic and easy-to-use solutions. He inspires his team to passionately research global best practices and help clients accelerate their success. Scott has spent the last 15 years assisting clients in initiating transformational change with a combination of strategy, operational excellence, and innovation platforms. With experience living on three continents engaging with customers in a broad range of industries, from healthcare and biotech to financial services and telecom, Scott is well positioned to lead Prosci through continued growth worldwide.
Tim Creasey
Chief Innovation Officer
Tim Creasey, Prosci Chief Innovation Officer, is a dynamic presenter, researcher and thought leader on managing the people side of change initiatives to deliver organizational results and outcomes. His work forms the foundation of the largest body of knowledge on change management in the world. Tim coauthored the book, Change Management: The People Side of Change, and has led Prosci’s benchmarking studies for two decades. With nearly two decades at Prosci, he has been instrumental in the development of Prosci’s unique, integrated approach to change management.
Michelle Haggerty
Chief Operating Officer
Michelle Haggerty has been dedicated to growth and service excellence at Prosci for more than 15 years. As Chief Operating Officer, she drives global organizational strategy while balancing operational excellence with the customer experience. Previously, Michelle ensured Change Done Right as Prosci’s President, Strategic Director of Training, and Director of Quality and Instructional development. Before joining Prosci, Michelle served various Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies across multiple industries and sectors.
Mark Dorsett
Chief Global Officer
Mark Dorsett is a global business development and ICT executive who has been transforming organizations for over 25 years. Responsible for direct business and strategic partnerships outside the U.S., Mark leads Prosci’s efforts to bring effective change management to international markets. He has worked with organizations in 40 countries on six continents, enabling them to realize value from their business models while building change-ready capabilities. Also overseeing Prosci ICT, he inspires teams to leverage their unique talents and skills to create customer-focused solutions. Mark has a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, and is a member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) and Forbes Business Development Council.
Randy Herrera
Executive Vice President, Global Growth
Randy Herrera manages Prosci's global growth strategy, including sales and relationship management. Randy has the privilege of working with many clients, along with Prosci's Change Consultants and Executive Trainers to build solutions to change capability challenges across the company. Before joining Prosci, Randy spent more than a decade at a global management consulting and training firm, as well as leading a company-wide process improvement team for a national billing and shipping processing company, where he immersed himself in Change Management and Lean Six Sigma. He also served as a field artillery officer in the U.S. Army.
Laura McGann
Chief People Officer, Talent
Laura McGann is Chief People Officer at Prosci and a 15+ year veteran of human resources, leadership coaching and consulting. Prior to joining Prosci, Laura held senior leadership roles in organizational development and human resources at well-known organizations including UKG, Kronos and Bose. Known for her ability to understand the big picture and translate it into practical, data-driven results, she develops exceptional performance capabilities within organizations by attracting, developing and empowering high-performance teams. In addition to holding an MBA and MFA, Laura is a Prosci Certified Change Management Professional and Certified Co-Active Professional Coach.
Shelley Pino
Chief Financial Officer
Shelley Pino is Prosci’s CFO and a strategic finance executive with extensive experience driving business transformation and growth. In previous roles as CFO and SVP of Finance & Business Intelligence, she built a global finance function from the ground up, successfully supporting an IPO. Throughout her career at leading technology firms, she optimized revenue streams, implemented data-driven decision-making processes, and established robust financial planning frameworks. Her expertise in M&A evaluation, investor relations, strategic planning, and metrics optimization will be instrumental in driving Prosci's long-term growth.
Romona Brown
President, North America
As President of Prosci North America, Romona drives business growth, cultivates robust client partnerships, and promotes a culture of collaboration and innovation. With extensive executive experience in roles spanning technology, business intelligence, research and professional services, Romona delivers tangible results while empowering teams to achieve strategic goals through change success. Her strategic acumen and ability to connect with people at all levels make her a trusted leader and partner for organizations navigating complex transformations.
Victor Romero
Vice President, Latin America
Victor Romero brings two decades of executive leadership experience in global organizations to his role as Prosci Latam leader in Mexico, Central America, and South America. Leveraging extensive expertise in operational excellence, continuous improvement, and complex organizational changes, Victor guides Prosci's clients to success in today's increasingly complex and digital global transformations. A bilingual Spanish and English speaker, Victor is also an experienced Prosci Executive Instructor who has personally certified over 800 Prosci change management practitioners in Latin America and Spain. He holds a bachelor's degree in engineering and an executive MBA, and resides in Mexico City, Mexico.
Darren Lonsdale
Managing Director, Australia/New Zealand
Darren Lonsdale has over two decades of experience producing transformational business results. He has held diverse roles within business development, communications, sales, and marketing fields for multinational corporations in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and the U.K. Under Darren’s leadership, teams have built powerful relationships and successfully delivered on multi-year and multi-million-dollar contracts across varying industries. Darren is passionate about empowering businesses through growth strategies and developing effective, revenue-focused teams.
Caroline Mørck Jensen
President, Europe
Caroline Mørck Jensen is a global change leader with expertise in business transformations and enterprise change management. As President of Prosci Europe, she leads an international team of change management professionals delivering Prosci training, advisory services and consulting throughout much of Europe, as well as Singapore and some French-speaking regions of Africa. Her 15 years of success with the people side of change includes roles as a CEO, CMO leader, change practitioner, project manager and consultant. When engaging with Prosci clients, her goal is to help them realize the value of change management, develop change capabilities, increase organizational agility, and achieve strategic goals. Caroline holds a master’s degree in international business administration from Copenhagen Business School and is a Prosci Certified Advanced Instructor.
David Lee
Managing Director, Singapore
Prior to joining Prosci, David served as Managing Director for MSS Consulting in the United States where he acted as the practice lead for Business Strategy and Organizational Change Management. At that time, David also served Executive Director of the Business Transformation Institute focusing change in complex environments and developing Responsive organizations. David is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Business Administration at the Edinburgh Business School at Heriot-Watt University. He has a Master in International Management from Thunderbird, the School for Global Management at Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Olin School of Business at Washington University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Research Methods from the Edinburgh School of Business at Heriot-Watt University. In addition to Managing Director, David is an Executive Instructor for Prosci in Singapore and has been instructing in Asia since 2020.
