Karen McGee is a seasoned Executive Instructor and former human resources professional with more than 15 years of experience leading change. Before joining Prosci, Karen led organizational change for Ameren Corporation, where she implemented the Prosci Methodology across the organization, coached teams and leaders, and facilitated training. Karen is passionate about enabling clients to build change capabilities and implement strategies that drive successful change at scale.
