For over two decades, she has led teams in complex transformations, including organizational design, corporate learning initiatives, mergers and acquisitions assessment and integration, headquarters relocation, e-commerce, technology implementations, and many others. Also an experienced coach, Mavourneen leverages her expertise in building organizational change capabilities in the USA, Europe, and China to assist leaders in guiding their employees through change.
