This new offering is the capstone to Prosci’s advanced training programs—the Model Mastery Series—designed to enhance the skills of Prosci Certified Change Practitioners, allowing them to elevate their skills and tackle more complex change challenges. Upon completion, participants will become a Prosci Certified Advanced Change Practitioner.
