Prosci and Faculta are pleased to announce that our two organizations are becoming one. Prosci has acquired Faculta through a commercial transaction, and Faculta will now be known as Prosci throughout the markets it previously served. These markets include Mexico, Spain, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Peru, Panama and Costa Rica.

Faculta joined Prosci’s Global Affiliate Network partner program in 2015 and has been offering Prosci’s change management solutions since then. The combined team will continue to offer the same world-class Prosci change management solution set, but will now have even more opportunity to leverage our global team and resources.
We know that continuity is important, and the entirety of the existing Faculta team will remain in place so that all customers are supported with the same people they have been engaging with.
