Customized Training and Certification

 

Prosci offered a bespoke training program that adapted to the Company’s logical and step-by-step methodology. By tailoring information to the Company’s engineering-heavy workforce, Prosci delivered the training in a way that was easier to understand and adopt. The program included a three-day practitioner certification and advanced training tracks.

Enterprise Licensing to Build Internal Capacity

The Company acquired a three-year Prosci license and soon upgraded to a ten-year Enterprise Change Management License to ensure ongoing access to Prosci’s latest vast library of research, proprietary tools, and resources. The licensing also allowed the Company to provide internal Prosci training, resulting in a cost-savings of 75-80% compared to external training sessions.

Integrated Change Management Processes

The Prosci Methodology was integrated into the Company’s various project management processes including Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, and traditional waterfall approaches. This integration ensured there was a change management component in all project evaluations which helped to reinforce consistency and effectiveness in change adopting across multiple different projects.
