Michelle Haggerty has been with Prosci for a decade and is currently responsible for Prosci’s service portfolio and internal operations, leading the strategic direction of our offerings and ensuring delivery quality. Her main focus is helping client organizations realize success through premium training programs, quality advisory services, and unforgettable experiences with Prosci. Through balancing operational excellence with the customer experience, Michelle helps companies optimize the benefits of change management and achieve their project outcomes. Prior to joining Prosci, Michelle served a range of Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies across multiple industries and sectors.

Mark Dorsett, a global business executive and influencer for more than 25 years, has a proven track record for transforming vision into reality. Mark leads Prosci’s global business and strategic partnerships, and is instrumental in extending Prosci’s reach across geographic markets. A dedicated athlete with numerous marathons to his credit, Mark inspires teams and customers alike to leverage their unique skills and talents while staying focused on building their capabilities for tomorrow. Mark has worked with organizations in more than 40 countries in Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia and South America to achieve greater value from their change initiatives and establish roadmaps to future change success.

Caroline Mørck Jensen is a global change leader with expertise in business transformations and enterprise change management. As Managing Director of Prosci Europe, she leads an international team of change management professionals delivering Prosci training, advisory services and consulting throughout much of Europe, as well as Singapore and some French-speaking regions of Africa. Her 15 years of success with the people side of change includes roles as a CEO, CMO leader, change practitioner, project manager and consultant. When engaging with Prosci clients, her goal is to help them realize the value of change management, develop change capabilities, increase organizational agility, and achieve strategic goals. Caroline holds a master’s degree in international business administration from Copenhagen Business School and is a Prosci Certified Advanced Instructor.

Roberto Konigs is a seasoned executive, entrepreneur and change practitioner with over 25 years of experience leading successful transformations throughout Latin America and Spain. Before joining Prosci, he held executive leadership positions in telecommunications and information technology organizations, and he co-founded two consulting firms specializing in change management, organizational agility and workplace performance. Bilingual in Spanish and English, Roberto holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and a master’s degree in systems design. He is also a Prosci Certified Advanced Instructor with credentials in neuro-linguistic programming, coaching and modeling, and high-performance training. Roberto leads the Prosci Iberia team from Madrid, Spain.

Víctor Romero brings two decades of executive leadership experience in global organizations to his role as leader of Prosci Latam in Mexico, Central America and South America. Leveraging deep experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, and complex organizational change, Victor guides Prosci clients toward success in the increasingly complex and digital global transformations of today. Victor, a bilingual Spanish and English speaker, is also a seasoned Prosci Executive Instructor who has personally certified over 800 Prosci change management practitioners in Latin America and Spain. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and an executive MBA, and lives in Mexico City, Mexico.

Raquel Costa is Latam Marketing Lead and Brazil Country Manager. Raquel developed and led go-to-market strategies while overseeing the marketing and sales team and aligning with Prosci's global goals. For over a decade, Raquel has simultaneously served as Brazil's Director of Organizational Change Management, facilitating training programs and elevating client success through consulting services. She holds undergraduate, graduate, and master's degrees in communication from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais. She also has an MBA from B.I. International and several Prosci certifications, including Prosci Certified Advanced Instructor.

Darren Lonsdale has over two decades of experience producing transformational business results. He has held diverse roles within business development, communications, sales, and marketing fields for multinational corporations in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and the U.K. Under Darren’s leadership, teams have built powerful relationships and successfully delivered on multi-year and multi-million-dollar contracts across varying industries. Darren is passionate about empowering businesses through growth strategies and developing effective, revenue-focused teams.

David is a global executive and advisor with over 20 years of experience in leading change across start-ups, Fortune 500 companies, and the public sector. With 15 years in strategy and change management consulting, he excels in relationship building, training delivery, and advising multinational clients.

 David has served as an executive sponsor, adviser, and instructor for organizations like American Express, Sabre Holdings, and the State of Arizona. Before joining Prosci Singapore, he was Managing Director at MSS Consulting in the U.S., where he led business development and served as Executive Director of the Business Transformation Institute.

David is pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at the Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University. He holds a Master in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University. As a speaker, he has addressed global audiences on topics like Complex Change and Customer-Centric Transformation.

Debbie McCarthy is passionate about people development and change management. As VP of Advisory Services, she leads the U.S.-based team and oversees client advisory engagements. A seasoned advisor, she has successfully coached individuals at all levels, from executives to front-line employees. In addition, she has led change management training programs for more than two decades, along with change management and process improvement initiatives across Africa, Europe, Australia and the U.S. Debbie is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, which enables her to blend change management with business improvement approaches.

Cindy Naughton is a former organizational development executive with 25 years of success as a change leader, program facilitator and consultant. She specializes in partnering with clients to align the Prosci Methodology with strategic organizational objectives for complex, cross-functional changes, including organizational divestiture, corporate restructuring, Agile change management deployment, strategic planning, and more. Cindy supports change initiatives with her skills as an iPEC® Certified Professional Coach, Lominger LEADERSHIP ARCHITECT® Certified Facilitator, and Lominger VOICES® 360° Feedback Coach. She has also been named to the “Training Top 100” by Training magazine.

Kelli Smith is a senior leader in change management and organizational development, with deep experience in leadership development and coaching. Before joining Prosci, Kelli was Senior Manager, Enterprise Change Management for Aflac, where she led a team to establish the enterprise-wide change management methodology, build a community of practice, introduce a practitioner competency model, and grow the organization’s change maturity. Previously, Kelli led strategic changes at Anthem for a $27 million Medicare project portfolio. Kelli is a Certified Change Management Professional™ (CCMP™) with certifications in DiSC® and DDI® Interaction Management Leadership Development.

Paul Wu is a Prosci® Executive Instructor and Change Management Specialist with over 20 years of experience guiding organizations through successful transformations. Known for his engaging style and strategic insight, Paul has worked with diverse industries such as FMCG, media, social services, and public agencies to achieve impactful results.

Paul’s leadership extends to establishing Singapore’s first Change Management COP since 2020, fostering collaboration among practitioners. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, he effectively engages with global audiences and cross-cultural teams.

Paul is pursuing a master’s in organizational leadership focusing on Change Leadership. His passion lies in partnering with organizations to navigate change with confidence.
