The Train-the-Trainer Program Level 2 immerses you in the change management teaching experience and transitions you to the role of facilitator for all roles within your organization. As a Train-the-Trainer Level 2 graduate, you’re qualified to train and develop your entire team in-house, improving the overall change-readiness of your organization while reducing the long-term costs of change management training.

Train-the-Trainer Program Level 2 enables you to expand your reach from Level 1 and teach the Change Management Practitioner Program and Change Management Sponsor Briefing. Level 1 (the prerequisite for Level 2) prepares you to internally teach programs for front-line employees, people managers, project managers and teams, and senior leaders.  In both programs, you'll learn how to deliver your internal role-based training in person and virtually.

Who should attend

This program is exclusively for Prosci Certified Change Practitioners who are ready to start deploying change management training throughout their organizations. Prosci’s Train-the-Trainer program is not designed for consultants or employees from consulting companies. Consulting companies that are looking to deploy change management capabilities within their organization also need to pursue a different path and should contact us via phone or solutions@prosci.com.

Prerequisites

You have completed the Prosci Change Management Certification Program and Train-the-Trainer Program Level 1.

Learning Objectives

During this two-day training experience, you will:

  • Learn the purpose, objectives, intended audience and structure of two role-based programs:
    • Change Management Practitioner Program
    • Change Management Sponsor Briefing
  • Review key learning modules and facilitation recommendations
  • Practice facilitating select learning modules in front of the class and instructors
  • Receive feedback and recommendations for improving delivery
  • Craft a training delivery strategy to guide implementation of change management training following the program

Change Management Sponsor Briefing
This one-day program for executives focuses on how sponsorship, change management and business results are closely connected, clarifying the sponsor’s role during change and providing them with simple frameworks.

This three-day program teaches participants how to apply Prosci’s holistic change management methodology and tools—including the Prosci ADKAR Model—to a real project. You’ll leave with the tools, know-how and support you need to consistently drive successful change going forward.
