Prosci Expands Global Presence Through Acquisition of Nexum

We’ve been building our global presence in recent years—extending our reach into new markets across North America, South America, Australia and New Zealand. Today, we’re thrilled to announce the acquisition of our European partner Nexum Group SRL (Nexum), the parent company of European affiliate CMC Partnership Global.

This important acquisition expands Prosci’s direct delivery of change management solutions and services to Belgium, Denmark, France, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Singapore, Sweden, the U.K., and some of the French-speaking regions of Switzerland and Africa. Together, we can help organizations around the world meet their most complex, global change challenges.

Nexum was founded in 2001 as a change management solutions provider. In 2019, Nexum merged with Scandinavian Prosci partner proacteur. Then in 2022, Nexum acquired Prosci partner CMC Partnership Global, founded in 2002 and also a provider of change management solutions.
