Risk Assessments

Use the Risk Assessment to assess risk and customize  and scale your change management approach. The assessment is comprised of the Change Characteristics (size and scope of change) and the Organizational Attributes (change-ready or change-resistant). The result of these two scores will show plotted on the Risk Grid, and define the people risk of a change.  

How do I complete a Risk Assessment for the overall change?

1. Click on [RiskAssessment] from the side-navigation panel. 
2. Fill in the scores both sections [Change Characteristics] and [Organizational Attributes]
3. When finished, click [Mark Complete].

 Note: Scores will not show on the [Risk Assessment Analysis] visual until all scores have been added and the assessment is marked complete.  

Can I complete a Risk Assessment for a specific Impacted Group? 

Yes. The [Risk Assessment by Group] allows a practitioner to complete a Risk Assessment at an impacted group level. 

1. Click on the [Impacted Groups] page in the side-navigation. 
2. Hover over the Impacted Group you would like to assess, and click on [View Assessment]. This will open a new tab, with the impacted group summary overview and assessments across the top of the page.
3. Click on the [Risk Assessment by Group] tab and complete the [Change Characteristics] and [Organizational Attributes] sections. 
4. When finished, click [Mark Complete].
