Establish an internal, world-class change management training program

Is your organization looking to elevate its change management mindset, skillset and toolset through effective change management training? The Train-the-Trainer Program immerses you in a role-based change management training approach that enables you to train and coach key roles. By doing so, you improve the overall change-readiness of your organization while reducing the long-term costs of change management training.

Train-the-Trainer Program Level 1 prepares you to internally teach programs for front-line employees, people managers, and project managers and teams. If you're looking to provide training for additional change practitioners and senior leaders, Level 1 serves as a prerequisite to Level 2, which enables you to develop practitioners and sponsors in change. In both programs, you'll learn how to effectively deliver your internal role-based training in person and virtually.

Who should attend

This program is exclusively for Prosci Certified Change Practitioners who are ready to start deploying change management training throughout their organizations. Prosci’s Train-the-Trainer program is not designed for consultants or employees from consulting companies. Consulting companies that are looking to deploy change management capabilities within their organization also need to pursue a different path and should contact us via phone or solutions@prosci.com.

Prerequisites

You have attended the Prosci Change Management Certification Program within the last 3 years. You will need to take an additional program depending on how long it has been. Please reach out to register@prosci.com if this is the case.

Learning Objectives

During this two-day training experience, you will:

  • Learn the purpose, objectives, intended audience and structure of four role-based programs:
    • Leading Your Team Through Change
    • Change Management Employee Orientation
    • Delivering Project Results Workshop
    • Taking Charge of Change
  • Review key learning modules and facilitation recommendations
  • Practice facilitating select learning modules in front of the class and instructors
  • Receive feedback and recommendations for improving delivery
  • Craft a training delivery strategy to guide implementation of change management training following the program

Internal Delivery Requirement and Purchasing Materials

For completion of Train-the-Trainer Level 1, you must facilitate your first Prosci program at your organization within 90 days. You can teach any of the role-based programs to successfully complete the Train-the-Trainer experience. You must purchase program training materials for each participant in each program you facilitate, either as individual sets or through an enterprise license to Prosci’s training content.
